Broadway Station is the largest Transit Oriented Development infill site available in the Denver market today. This 41-acre, mixed-use redevelopment site lies in a prime location at the intersection of I-25, Santa Fe Drive, and South Broadway at the Broadway Station light rail stop which is Denver’s busiest RTD station to date. The site is bounded by I-25 on the north and serves as a gateway to Downtown Denver, the Central Business District (CBD) as well as the Denver Tech Center (DTC). Formerly the Gates Rubber Company property, it is comprised of three parcels separated by the Broadway Station light rail totaling 41 acres. The site was acquired through Frontier Renewal by Broadway Station Partners on September 11, 2014.
